Background Context
For a very long time, the World YWCA’s content management platform had a practical desktop interface. However, the site lacked a usuable and responsive mobile interface — specifically for “My Contacts” section.
The main goal is to produce a mobile-responsive interface that directly mirrors the desktop interface’s styling, but with deep consideration of how mobile users would engage a smaller viewing experience.
